Manifesting as a whole can be daunting, so it’s important to use whatever help you can use. Utilizing these oils not only reaffirms your desires, but sets you up for emotional success along the way. The following excerpts are from a GREAT book that I highly recommend called 'Emotions & Essential Oils: A Reference Guide for Emotional Healing' by Enlighten (that can be purchased at Amazon.com or Aromatools.com - not an affiliate!)

OIL #1: WILD ORANGE

The Oil of Abundance

It is said that Wild Orange addresses a variety of emotional issues. It inspires abundance, fosters creativity, and supports a positive mood. Wild Orange also reconnects individuals with their inner child and brings spontaneity, fun, joy, and playfulness into one's life.

At it's core, Wild Orange teaches the true meaning of abundance. It encourages individuals to let go of scarcity mindsets with all of their manifestations, including fear, nervousness, inflexibility, workaholism, lack of humor, and the belief that there is not enough. Wild Orange reminds the soul of the limitless supply found in nature. In nature there is always enough to go around.

Positive Properties: Abundance, sense of humor, playful, generous, spontaneous, creative, joyful, energized, light

Companion oils: Tangerine, Lemon, Ylang Ylang, Red Mandarin (and the 2 other oils listed below!)

Suggested Uses:

Aromatic: Inhale from bottle, diffuse, or place drops in hand, rub, and inhale.

Topical: Apply 1-3 drops over sacral chakra (lower stomach).

TIP #1: Many oils in the citrus family, including bergamot and wild orange are what's called "phototoxic" - in essence these oils can leave a nasty burn when you go in the sun! Make sure when using these oils topically to not go in direct sunlight for 24 hours after usage. (Or just make sure to cover up with a cute sweater or cover up!)

OIL #2: GINGER

The Oil of Empowerment

Ginger holds no reservations. This oil has a purpose and will fulfill it! Ginger powerfully persuades individuals to be fully present and participate in life. It teaches that to be successful in life, one more be wholly committed to it.

So let me ask you - what are you FULLY committed to manifesting in your life? For example, when you have a garden full of weeds it's not enough to just sit around thinking, "there's no weeds, there's no weeds, there's no weeds!"  At some point, hopefully sooner than later, you have to get out there and do the actual work to help manifest your desires. What small simple steps can you commit to today to aim towards your goals/manifestations? Write it down now.

Positive Properties: Empowered, committed, capable, purposeful, accountable

Companion oils: Cassia, Fennel, Blue Tansy, Spearmint, Wild Orange (and the final oil below!)

Suggested Uses:

Aromatic: Inhale from bottle or diffuse.

Topical: Dilute 1-2 drops with carrier oil and apply over solar plexus (upper stomach)

TIP #2: When you’re picturing your desires, is there a word or phrase that stands out to you? Try using that word or phrase in combination with your oils to anchor in to your manifestations! It can be your motto as you accomplish those goals!

OIL #3: PATCHOULI

The Oil of physicality

Patchouli supports individuals in becoming fully present in their physical body. It balances those who feel devitalized and who seek to escape the body through spiritual pursuits or other forms of distraction. Patchouli tempers obsessive personalities by bringing them down to reality and teaching them moderation. This oil is grounding and stabilizing.

When we're manifesting and doing our visualizations it can be easy to get really heady/airy fairy about the whole process. So what better blend to help support your manifestations than a sensation of grounding into the present moment?

Positive Properties: Grounded, confident, moderation, body connection and acceptance, balanced, stable, physically expressive.

Companion Oils: Grapefruit, Cinnamon, Wild Orange, and Ginger

Suggested Uses:

Aromatic: Inhale from bottle, diffuse, or place drops in hand, rub, and inhale.

Topical: Apply 1-3 drops on bottom of feet or root chakra (base of spine)

TIP #3: When you’re in the process of manifesting your desires, make sure you take mindful moments throughout the day to reconnect to your vision. Stay focused. Stay present. It will happen if it's in the highest good of all concerned. And if it's not - check your motives! ;)
