Top 10 Must Have Oils (and how to use them!)
Basically an immunity boost in a bottle! I take 1-2 beadles daily, and rub a couple drops on my feet each night at bedtime. Helps keep the sickies away!
Yuuuumy! One of my all time favorite scents, I mix wild-orange with a little lemon and drop it in my morning water. It’s also great with one drop of peppermint,rubbed in between the hands, then take a couple deep breaths - a little mid-day pick me up!
One of the most versatile oils. I start out my day by taking 1-2 drops in some warm water with a little ACV and splash of raw honey.
AKA - Tea tree oil! I use this for occasional skin irritations, apply 1–2 drops of Melaleuca essential oil onto affected area. Also great combined with a little lemon and eucalyptus, great as bug spray for summer.
This one has helped my niece so much! You can think of breathe like Vaporub, without all the bs chemicals. Rub on your chest when you have a cold, or put it in the diffuser. Yummy peppermint smell!
So much better than TUMS. This unique blend contains Ginger, Fennel, and Coriander to help ease occasional stomach discomfort, including motion sickness and indigestion, while Peppermint, Tarragon, Anise, and Caraway aid with digestion and help maintain a healthy gastrointestinal tract. Take a few drops in 8 oz a water and gulp it up!
Possibly my second most favorite oil! Take a drop of peppermint with lemon in water for a refreshing mouth rinse. I also take peppermint beadles to alleviate stomach upset, or freshen the breath! This past week I also added a little peppermint oil with watermelon and blended it into a beautiful refreshing smoothie.
My ALL TIME favorite oil. Probably because it helps with the emotions so much - if you’re ever feeling anxious, this is your oil. I rub lavender with wild orange together before meditation to find that balance between alert and calm. I also love to rub lavender on my feet before bed - I sleep like a baby with this oil!
